-confirm chargebacks are collected, including additional cleaning.

CHARGE FAILS

-weekly pull change fails. confirm payments go through. send out reminders, have cs assist with responses.

-Keep track of spending, costs, fees, income and balance a budget

WEEKLY TRAINING MEETINGS

-Take notes at all meetings, review and ask questions at the next one.

ON-SITE COORDINATOR

  • Check all tasks and set up all items needed for On-Site to-do/take for the day.
  • Move all previous tasks missed to current day.
  • Organize who will cover what area for the day. (keep travel efficient)
  • Remind On-Site to check for  laundry at F5.
  • Finish smaller/quick On-Site tasks.
  • Schedule Garbage days, as well as what days are recycling. 

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

  • Check inventory in warehouse, F5, and Office. 
  • Set inventory needs on inventory spreadsheet.
  • Clean warehouse and office once a week (Taking out all trash and breaking down boxes)
  • Keep laundry up with Cleaning Tech needs.
  • Keep up on filter size needs

CLEANER/ON-SITE QUALITY ADMIN

  • Send out weekly (Mon) deep-clean emphasis text to cleaning team.
  • Review inspection and cleaning tasks for quality and new issue data.
  • Review and ensure all guest backcharges have been initiated and documented in Breezeway.
  • Create any new issues and make assignments as necessary.
  • Log defect data in the Cleaner Quality Log.
  • Check for and fix FAILS (help with lacking knowledge)
  • Provide quality feedback and training to cleaners.
  • Provide quality and training to inspectors.
  • Analyze monthly quality data and create quality diagram.
  • Provide quality improvement report to Operations.
  • Participate in trainings.
  • Work with cs to schedule long-term monthly maintenance.

  • Look at the days schedule (maintenance)  see what onsite will need to take with them. Ex. Laundry, tools, bulbs
  • Check all door codes on check-ins are entered for the days bookings
  • Check if laundry needs to be started and if Addie or whoever is helping with laundry can come in to help.
  • Take Inventory: Warehouse (Monday) Office (Tuesday) F5 (Wednesday) 
    • What is running low and what needs to be order, Contact Avis
  • Create any templates that are needed for repetitive tasks. (This is usually only needed when I am trying to keep track of putting something in all properties to save time without have to type it out over and over)
