Refund Policy

Cancelations

Bookings canceled more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Bookings canceled more than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% partial refund. Bookings canceled less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for refund.

Refunds

For canceled bookings that qualify for a 100% or partial refund, the Tenant is held responsible for the credit card processing fees and an added $5 flat processing fee. Credit cards are processed in the USA.
